The following conditions apply to your reservation if you make a reservation after 1 January 2017. 1. Make reservation and identity documents required upon arrival at the hotel
1.1 Please follow the instructions on the website, mobile site or application or consult with us to make a reservation.
1.2 If you book ten or more rooms for the same night, we will consider this as a "Group Reservation".
1.3 When booking, we will issue a confirmation number to you. The confirmation number is proof that we have accepted your reservation. The reservation will not be binding for hotel Casa Verdi until we issue a confirmation number.
1.4 Each booking will be for one hotel only. It is not possible to book a reservation between several hotels.
1.5 Your reservation can not be transferred. You may not transfer or resell your reservation (in whole or in part), or otherwise advertise or otherwise offer a hotel and if you transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) your reservation, we may terminate your reservation and to keep the amount paid by you for this reservation.

2. Payment Prices per night

7. Pets are not allowed.
